How Does it Work: Contact JGC in writing with the name, address, phone, and fax number of your organization along with the name of a contact person/fundraiser manager. A JGC fundraising representative will be assigned to assist you every step of the way. We start by preparing a Sales Sheet consisting of our top-twenty best selling coffees. Your sales team will use these sheets to take orders and collect payment. We will provide a Master Sales Sheet which the fundraiser manager may use to tally the orders from all of the individual Sales Sheets. The Master Sales Sheet is submitted to JGC . We will fill your order within 5-days upon receipt of the Master Sales Sheet. Payment is due upon deliver y of the coffee. Prices: Packaged coffee including whole bean, decaffeinated, flavored and straight coffee will all be sold at one low wholesale price. We recommend that the organization mark- up the coffee 45% to 50% . This mark-up percentage represents your profit. WE LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH YOU!!!! Please note: JGC does not donate to political organizations. Event and sponsorship proposals should also be very detailed, including demographic information and investment request. JGC donations budget and special events calendar is often committed far in advance. Please submit your request at least 2-3 months in advance.
